Company Sale Agreed

The owners of Australian Vinyls Corporation and ModWood Technologies are delighted to announce that CSBP Limited, a subsidiary of Wesfarmers, has entered a conditional agreement to acquire the company. It is expected the sale will occur on Monday 3rd September.
CSBP is an Australian owned chemical and fertiliser company which, like Australian Vinyls, has substantial manufacturing assets and operates in markets with similar characteristics to those serviced by Australian Vinyls.
CSBP is a committed long term participant in the Australian chemical and fertiliser sectors, with operations dating back 90 years. It has over 500 employees and sales in excess of $500 million per annum.
